So Arkham Asylum? Looks totally amazing! I watched Vern play the demo last night and I'm just *g* Original cast from the animated series (minus Gordon) = <3
Once more, Disneyland is being considered. It's getting ridiculous how much my parents can't make up their mind. Mom was thinking we may be able to afford Sea World, but I'd rather pay $10 more and go to Disneyland, personally. I did Sea World not that long ago and the only reason we'd be going is because Loni would love it, the rest of us don't sound all that thrilled. Vern is more willing to take Loni half day at Disneyland to get character pictures and call my aunt Lisa or ask her to hirer a babysitter in her ward the rest of the day so the rest of us could do stuff. We'd only do one day, but it'll be September... EASY crowds.
Other than the possibility of Disneyland, just sounds like we are going to be beach bums the rest of the week and exploring Escondido.
Also, Jess is being a sweetie and being persistent in ways for us to go to Lion King since she'll be flying in this Tuesday and staying here for about a month. She brought up maybe going a day to Anime Vegas, but considering how much TLK will cost and how much I tend to spend at anime conventions... I'll have to say no (although Steve Blum and Travis Willingham is tempting T^T *checks guest list* HOLY CRAP BRAD SWAILE TOO ;o; Okay, Krista... you can refuse this temptation...) That weekend is always tough for me to leave, cause of my Dad's birthday and us doing stuff. And my California trip is only the weekend after that, so I think it'll just be best if I do TLK the weekend I had originally planned.
I wish Banzai would get their guests announced so I can get excited about that. It's three days this year, I hope that means they'll have some good things planned. *looks* You serious? They're doing it at the Sheraton again? Ugh, that place is not big enough.
I saw a con that's being held in Mesa, Arizona at the end of October. That would be fun as it seems to be a TINY one and Vic and Steve Blum are going and I love small cons with Vic. My Aunt Connie offered for me to stay with her if I wanted during our family reunion. I love their family, but Arizona? I think it's cooler in Hell. The only way I'd stay with her is to escape the winter here! I'd hate going by myself, since I kinda don't want to drive that since October is when it starts snowing. Plane ticket isn't that expensive either. idk. Probably not.
Wheeeeee the week after LDSBA is usually slow. Not looking too good so far. I do look forward to my overtime paycheck, though~
