(no subject)
Today marks the year anniversary of Gordon B. Hinkley's passing. It's really insane to realize he's been gone that long. In my reading my Stand a Little Taller book that I try to read nightly, I got this quote:
"You are good. But it is not enough just to be good. You must be good for something. You must contribute good to the world. The world must be a better place for your presence. And the good that is in you must be spread to others."
I miss him ;; Not that I don't love President Monson, mind you!
And Robert, I've read a lot of books too, those are just ones that I own that I know I've read. I have to think of all the books I have gotten from the library and borrowed from friends. I've added some of my comic trades and FMA and DNAngel because they are my favorites... I'll debate with myself if I want to add all the comics and manga I've read. Also all the picture/children's books and Goosebumps I own... It'll sure add up. Lols. In joining Goodreads, it's making me want to read more. I'm going to try and read a few chapters in a book a night. I'm currently reading 6th Target by James Patterson. Murder mysteries are <3 'Specially James Patterson ones cause they get all medical on me *_* [/geek]
And, I can't believe I didn't remember on Monday, but not only was it serena_inverse's birthday, but also Jounouchi's! OMG! (and yes, Aletha, I finally stole your icon :p)
