i remembered livejournal exists
my last post was 8/23/09. since then, i've:
- moved to queens, got stuck living with a bipolar/psychotic asshole who nearly ruined my life for ~13 months before getting attacked and finally moving out while he was detained in a mental hospital. not to be a crybaby, but i was definitely manipulated and developed stockholm syndrome. i can't believe i let that year of my life happen to me. i have not spoken to/seen this asshole since leaving. i hope every day i'll wake up and find out he's dead. i've never hated anyone so much, not even george w. bush.
- moved in with my girlfriend of almost-1-year (anniversary is next month). it's been great. i love her so much. legit.
- been at my current job since february 2010. i'm a scheduling/operations manager for what's basically a post-production staffing agency. it's a good paycheck.
- quit improv. what a waste of time and money. made a couple of decent friends out of it, but still. i wish i hadn't wasted so much money.
- become obsessed with basketball, even moreso than before. i do this basketball blog with another guy i know from the internet, check it out, it's funny: http://ghostwrittenbywilbon.tumblr.com
that's about it. i stopped writing comedy for a while (well, i was doing the basketball blog, but that's different). but now i'm writing again. i'm working on a 'parks and recreation' spec script. i'll work on a 'community' spec script next. i might be moving LA next year. see you later.
