(no subject)
i have not updated this in a long time. here goes:
1. work. good. i have this constant fear of being fired even though everyone tells me i'm crazy. maybe i am crazy. oh well. nothing too exciting here. just getting paid, makin munny, etc.
2. improv. going so well. basically buddies with my entire 301 class except for a handful of people. my grad show was this past weekend and it went really well. i got some huge laughs. good times. the good people from my 301 class and i are starting a real group now and have a show in a couple weeks. pretty exciting. i start 401 on ~april 18th. pretty excited for that. i dunno, this entry is pretty boring. i luv life right now. i'm like legit friends with the people from class, which rules since i don't really have a ton of new york friends yet so that's awesome.
3. i moved at the beginning of the month. fucking love my new place. so quiet, never have to talk to roommates, i have cable in my bedroom, the everything is way bigger, i'm closer to the subway, etc. so awesome. love it. and i'm not even paying more than i was at the old place. sooooo great.
4. the only not good thing going on right now is i aint gettin no pussay. only two girls i'm interested in both have boyfriends, which sucks. both are also giving me mixed signals though, i think. and one might be on the outs with her boyfriend. so we'll see. i definitely am too much of a gentleman to try to break up a relationship so i can dennis rodman that shit, but i'll still have my fingers crossed. just will see what happens. not really worth thinking about in the meantime i guess.
5. i really need to work on the screenplay i started at the beginning of this year. i got about 20-25 pages in and then put it down and haven't picked it back up. i should take a weekend now that my 301 is over and just totally knock it out rather than write it bit by bit. seems like a better idea. we'll see. maybe this weekend?
6. kinda thinking about buying a futon for my room to replace the current blow-up mattress that i'm sleeping on. would be more grown-up and i could actually invite people to hang out if they had a futon to sit on versus some awkward chairs and a mattress on the floor. the idea i have in my head is that, once spring/summer comes, maybe i'll broach the idea of having a little party in the garden of my place to the lady i'm renting from and have some people over to chill out back. that'd be cool. get some speakers for my computer and have a grand ol' time like a real adult. that would be tite. some people chillin out back, some people chillin on the futon. hours pass. people leave. one of two girls i am crushing on stays behind and we chill mad hard on the futon while in sofa form, then recline it to bed form and get fuqin friiqii now. hell yea hell yea hell yea
