Long time, no post!
Hello! I'm back from the dead! Actually, I just felt like I hadn't posted in so long, that it wasn't worth while to post. Or something like that.
So, here is the brief rundown of what's been going on for the past few months. Randy and I were married on the 25th of April. The ceremony was lovely, and I think that I actually enjoyed it because I didn't stress about the details (something not all brides are able to do). We went to Cancun for our honeymoon, and it was lovely. All we had to worry about was when and where we were going to eat. We did get ridiculously sun burned, though. That will teach me for not even trying to pre-tan.
Since then, it's been work, write thank you notes and do chores. My work is going as well as can be expected. The economy is horrible, but I got a manageable pay decrease, and with Randy also contributing to the household income, it's fine. I got a really good review too, so that was awesome. If I can do well at the quiz show for my last Associate's meeting, then I will feel like I successfully passed the LDP.
In my free time I've been playing WoW, and this weekend we bought Portal. That game is awesome! It's super tough, though. I also made a WoW related comic for a website Randy started. I hope that I can draw some more - I really miss doing Hyperbole. Also (in less selfish news) we did Habitat for Humanity this weekend. It was actually really fun, although I got a little cranky at the end. Mostly, we laid sod, and also helped clean up and organize the job sites. I would really like to volunteer more often. It's also something I miss.
Finally! We've been getting up early and working out in the mornings. It is amazing how much time you have in the morning when you get up at 4:15. And I actually spend less time getting ready because my hair has time to air dry.
So, there it is. Maybe I'll start updating more regularly now.
