Our House
Ok, so we haven't closed on the house yet, but we will soon. We should be able to move in at the very end of July/beginning of August.
The Front of Our new home even with my car our parked in the driveway.
This is our backyard where we will have a nice screened-in- porch and a wonderful pool with a sitting area in the shallow end and a veggie garden on the side of the house and yard left over for the puppy sis wants so much.
Our front door opens into our living room with a gas fireplace in the corner.
The living room connects to the dinning area (seen from the kitchen over the bar), which then opens to the back yard.
The dinning area naturally is connected to the kitchen via a bar. The stove/oven, dishwasher, and the attached microwave over the stove all appear almost brand-new.
The master bedroom opens off the living room and has a huge walk-in-closet and a wonderful master bath with a standing shower and a garden tub. Even the toilet is separated from the rest of the bathroom so sis has a true "water closet".
The other two rooms of the house are connected to the living room/dining area by a little hall that connects the two rooms and the second bathroom. My bathroom is also rather nice.
This will be my room (as seen when standing by the windows). It looks out over the backyard.
Here is the spare bedroom.
We have closet space every where, including an outdoor small closet that contains the waterheater, though, when we add the pool we will have a small poolhouse where the gardening tools can be kept. The ceilings of the living room/dining area are arched and even have neat little openings in the wall at the ceiling to let light pass through. The master bedroom and living room have pretty ceiling fans, too. The picture of the ceiling fan in the master bedroom also shows the neat little widow half-circle over the huge windows in the room.
