a.k.a. tkino thinks too much about random details. Little paint layout and description behind the cut for convenience's sake.
Fang's suite isn't that much bigger than the student rooms, but she's put a lot of effort into decorating it. The first thing people see as they enter is the part that dominates the room: a couch and two armchairs set up in the middle with a rug woven from multicolored fabrics underfoot. The furniture isn't very fancy - built on simple lines - but it should (hopefully) feel inviting.
To the left as you enter is the tiny kitchen area: a small table that could comfortably sit two (or maybe three if you're friendly) people, and beyond it sink, stove, and fridge, with cabinets below. She doesn't even have counter space, alas. Tucked into a corner behind the couch is Fang's desk and chair, where she does a lot of her grading and other paperwork.
There are two windows looking out over the campus, but otherwise the walls are almost totally covered by cloth wall hangings: warm colors decorated with geometric designs. The only open spot is right next to the door out into the hallway, and there stands a rack for her lances: her regular one, a shorter lance with differently shaped blades, and a wooden practice one.
In the back of the room is a door leading to Fang's bedroom. The main room is designed to be as warm and welcoming as possible, but Fang's own room is more spartan; while not forbidding, it's certainly a more private space. Her bed is against the far wall, with a small nightstand and lamp next to it. On the floor is a small rug (not shown on the drawing), another small multicolored affair to keep feet from hitting cold wood first thing in the morning. On the opposite wall is the only wall hanging in her room, a deep purple with the patterns in silver. At the foot of her bed is her dresser, and on top of that is a small jewelry box and a
framed photo of her and Vanille. (Sorry for the crummy quality, but it's tiny in-game and that's the best version I could find on the internet.) Tucked into the bottom left corner is a small picture of herself while reverted to being ten years old.
In that empty spot below her bedroom is a tiny bathroom - when making the diagram I didn't know if teachers got one with their suite, but it makes sense. It doesn't matter too much - it's just your basic tub/shower, toilet, sink, mirror, toothbrush... Nothing fancy, and Fang hasn't bothered changing/decorating it at all, but it's there if needed.
In general, Fang's place is pretty clean. She's not a neat freak by any means, and there are a lot more important things to her than dusting, but there won't be a lot of clutter or dirty dishes sitting around. She usually doesn't make her bed (if someone for some reason goes into her bedroom), but she does straighten the blanket out slightly, enough that she can just fall into bed when she gets back if need be. Her desk will probably have books/papers stacked on it in relatively neat piles, but not so cluttered as to make it hard to use. You wouldn't have to move anything to use it, but it might be a bit difficult for someone to find something specific without going through everything - Fang knows how it's "organized" but nothing's labeled.
Currently, the bottom drawer of the desk is locked, as it holds Heather's various guns. An extra key has been hidden behind one of the wall hangings, taped to a spot near the floor. Heather's been told where it is in case of emergency, and other characters should feel free to find it if they know to look for it.
Just as a note: the only reason that the bedroom wall hanging is the only one depicted on the diagram is because I wanted to be clear about the "opposite wall" it was on. Since the bed's in a corner, it could also be on the south wall (assuming north is up) but no, it's on the west wall. Originally I did put in the different colors of wall hanging, but then I started agonizing about what would go around the little kitchen table and I just needed to stop myself. Feel free to assume whatever colors you want, as there's a good mix of them - as long as they're deep/soothing, they're in.
