we took off for the weekend year and had quite a time
she shared everything she'd ever tried

she moved here and bought the first house she could find,
you moved in and we locked ourselves inside
she guesses we just kidnapped each other's minds

i cheated on her by making friends of mine
and almost everyday we didn't fight
