long time no nerd...
sooooooo bloc party was pretty sweet. i got super drunk and acted like a fool. I was definitly the person at the bar i would've hated had i been sober.
BUT since i rarely ever drink any more, i think it was okay, just this once.
I love my friends, old and new. I had a wicked time meeting new people and somehow not minding, and somewhat encouraging our dd to scrap her plans and party it up.
We also learned through experimentation that vodka watermelon is awesome, though i would never drink the juice. only true pros do that.
School is also wicked. Our class is full of fabulous craftsters and jo, joey, janelle and i have been giving the gym a bit more vitality by our presence. This week we start actually fitness classes if all goes as planned. I can only see us now laughing our faces off as we squat in unison. Our projects are actually pretty decent and I am on top of my workload which is SO not me. I think since i actually like what i am doing and finally have ambitions it makes school assignments much more of a priority.
today has been productive, even including a relaxing stroll through the gallery at the library with these wicked oil paintings of rabbits and hampsters, and an hour at the library looking at books and doing homework.
