no, I don't know what that's about either
As you may recall, I had to read three books and do four reports in the span of five or six days. I got that done this morning at 12:30, then lied awake for about another two hours. So, I got a good three and a half hours of sleep. Not bad for the first school night in almost three months, eh?
I didn't have to do two of the books at all, because my English class isn't until next semester, so I wasted a lot of valuable internet time last week. :\
Right now I'm taking Precalc, Cisco I, Spanish II and honors history II. Precalc will most likely be my favorite class because I really like the teacher (I had him for geometry last year, super easy), there are plenty of hot chicks to repel and--shockingly--not many complete idiots! I was overjoyed at this.
Cisco, as I realized yesterday or Saturday, ended up being a total let-down. The instructor is a douchebag, the other students are 1) all male and 2) incredibly stupid, and supposedly the course is hard. We took a pre-test to find out what we knew about networking and I sadly probably got all the 12 or so questions wrong.
Spanish II is a mystery so far, what with not doing much at all today. We just did some review of the really basic stuff-hola, etc.--but the teacher seems cool and spontaneous. Probably my second-favorite class.
History will be an underachiever. It would probably be a good class if I had a decent teacher for it, but like algebra II last year, the teacher is about one part annoying and thirty thousand parts boring. We cover the end of World War II to the present this year, and I called doing '80s music for a project because I'm really cool and stuff.
So, that was my first day as a sophomore. Boring? Yes. Long? Yes. Pointless? Probably. But it's a day I will cherish for the rest of my life.
