I'm back
it's been a long ass time since I written on here. Whoa a lot has changed since I've been on here. It's like I was awaken from the dead from all this time of not writing on here. I did some thinking and I don't want to become a chef yet. I would like to be known as a good cook before earning that title. I really want to enjoy my time as a cook and get my inspiration from the food I make. I like when people tell me that my food looks amazing. But I'm still in culinary school for my final year before I just start solidly working. I enjoy my work but I hate the chef work behind it, I just the hands on cooking experience. Hey ladies & Gents (Bianca, Nicole, Sara, Sharyn, Sarah, Rachel, Lisa. ) thank you for all the motivation and being there for me at my worst and at my best. I hope I get better at cooking and being professional most importantly.
