like most, it's been awhile.
i don't know if it's because everyone is preoccupied with their lives or just get into the habit of not posting but i kind of miss everyone writing. whether to update on their lives or maybe it was a story or fiction, each day less and less is posted.
a brief update, for those that didn't know, i walked in the commencement ceremonies this past spring 2007 semester back 2 weeks ago. it seems so long ago yet the day was so short, too short. graduation was fun! seriously, i was not expecting too much but the excitement that built up in the past couple of weeks/months kept accumulating and thinking of not having to buy scantrons or dealing with the 57 traffic or the parking and tuition fees, it's a RELIEF! there was this euphoric feeling in the air with smiling students having this accomplishment that WE FINALLY MADE IT. running around in those black caps & gowns hoping the heat won't catch up, switching sides of the tassles, hearing the pomp & circumstance music, faculty in robes, friends and family with flowers and balloons, cameras, shaking hands and receiving the certificate, everything! it went by sooo quickly! THANK YOU FOR THOSE WHO CAME OUT (Janine, Tiffany, Andrew, Paul, Shannon, Gibson..in the LJ world)!!! it really meant SO much to me to see your faces. thank you. and thanks to those for the texts/calls!
photos are posted on myspace, facebook, and yahoo photo albums.
and to those who have graduated this week (mainly cal state long beach): CONGRATS!!!
i'm moving to LA tomorrow right off the 405 at sepulveda near the howard hughes promenade shopping center. i'll be there for about 2.5 months to be closer to my advertising internship (media planning and buying) in westwood. we'll see how i adjust to the m-f full-time work load meaning you should come by and visit (when i'm there)! you're more than welcomed!
after that, we'll see where the roads of life lead me and i totally just felt cheesy for saying that...hahah...hopefully, i will get to squeeze in a mini-vacation to asia to visit friends & family. ooohh yes! that would be delightful!
i bought 5 kinder bueno chocolates (the hazelnut ones). mmmm!
p.s. 3 A's and 1 B...the title of cum laude stays!!!!! :D
