This is so so SO perfect. So many beautiful lines and images and great characterization and just the right amount of romance and tension. I especially love how Cameron was going to have a nearly sexual experience unwrapping House's gift (that sounds like a euphemism LOL), and then House disrupted her careful plans. But better things happened anyway, and it's all good.
