Cameron walked into the apartment and stared at the disaster in front of her. "House, what are you doing? The place is a wreck!"
Unconcerned, House turned the page of the magazine he was reading while stretched out on the couch in sweat pants and a tee shirt. Dirty dishes rested on the coffee table next to the ashtray and clothes lay draped haphazardly over a number of surfaces. Sheet music and books buried the top of the piano.
"House!" Cameron placed her hands on her hips and glared.
He eyed her over his reading glasses. "Relax. The web site sharp2799 uses for caps is down right now so she can't snag any. Therefore, she won't be dropping by and taking nosy pictures of the place to compare. She'll post next week." He went back to his magazine.
Cameron gazed around the room one more time, this time more thoughtfully. "So...you're saying that I could strip right here and now and not have to worry about our place getting on the front page of the House/Cameron Mini Times?" She began unbuttoning her vest.
"Yep." House stuck a magazine subscription card between the pages to hold his place and stared up with a feral smile. "Let the show begin."
