I looked at your layout of the mini kitchen and immediately thought, "That is House's kitchen". I can just see Cameron cooking dinner in there and House coming in and pushing her up against the butcher block to kiss her. *sigh*

Wow! It is really coming together! How do you plan on doing the tile? Adding the shelves should not be too hard. It is looking really good.

Give me ideas on how to add the shelves and I'll consider it!

The tile shape doesn't exist in mini but there are very thin wood slats that I can paint and cut, so I'm going to experiment with that but only after the main painting is done.

That kitchen looks really nice, like a real one! I agree though that you should try to put shelves in, can't be that difficult?
It would bother me if there were doors where there shall not be doors.
