My younger brother is very hardworking these days. This is weird. I see him on the desk doing homework / or elsewhere playing his bass/piano more than he used to Dota. Sometimes I even see him up in his room on the bed reading some books. O_O For me this is reaaaaaally weird. LOL!!! 我不习惯!
I kept asking him "why you so guai" for countless times and he kept telling me that exams are near. I don't remember if I was that guai back in my high school days. I (hate to admit but I have to) admit that time flies and he is really growing up so quickly, which again, means, I'm gracefully aging.
Anyway when he's doing his own buku latihan that he requested my mum to buy (walao so guai again) I would off and on check on him and his answers because this little boy, my friends, always do careless mistakes..! And I enjoy doing his homework! And sometimes I tend to snatch his latihan from him because I want to solve the questions hahaha. I particularly love Pythagoras theorem and questions that asks us to find perimeters and areas, or degrees. Hahahahah I'm such a kid at heart because only kids love simple questions like that.
Today I was proven stupid because I cannot solve algebra question (ganjunqi, ganyewnah and zi are gonna laugh) because I've always hated maths equations that has ALPHABETS in it. x p q w x z t you name it they have it.. Right now I'm doing his assessment paper (latihan) and I've solved all the fractions, price difference, perimeter/area (yay I love), ratios (had a hard time hahha)... and then I gave up!!!!
I don't understand. Why do people create weird questions to make life miserable?
Mr. Cheng bought 4 boxes of peaches from the market. Each box had 4efg peaches. In every box, there were 2hk peaches which were spoilt. How many good peaches did Mr. Cheng have?
I read this question. I was like. ....+_o?
Wah. Why have to number peaches by 4EFG and 2HK?!? No decent numbers? I solved the question with answer B: 16efg - 8hk but I doubt it's even correct because I don't think it's that simple!? But yeah you get me. I hate algebras. Who cares if Mr. Cheng bought 4 boxes of spoilt peaches! Just get another box lah!
Another one:
In a science test, Mady got 8 marks more than Catherine while Elizabeth got the same marks as Mady. Their total marks is 264.
Write a linear equation with one unknown for the information above.
O_O? Why do we need to twist our minds like that T_T Just tell me the marks and get over it. I don't wanna write linear equation can?
The ratio of Tammy's height to Rani's height is 9 : 7 and the ratio of Tammy's height to Molly's height is 6 : 5. Calculate the ratio of Rani's height to Molly's height.
My answer is ... I realized I can't solve. I don't know how, and I don't wanna know how. So stupid lah.
....
I'm telling you, a1 in my modern maths means nothing. Completing my degree in uni is another story because we don't do algebras for maths! I also hate addmaths which is why I never got an A in my entire life. I only love the chapter where it has something to do with triangles. And that is all.
I give up, sorry David. I cannot do your maths homework anymore. T_T Let's go back to Bahasa Malaysia and I'll teach you komsas.
p.s.: David, please stop growing up.. Slow down the process!!!
