today is an amazing, amazing day.
actually, i'm pretty sure there isn't a word capable of describing how i feel about today.
i am positively thrilled to be excited about politics again
and even more thrilled to be feeling like it's alright to be an american in this historic moment
and in the years to come with our 44th president.
i was, and still am, moved by his speech and his oratory power.
i am relieved to finally have a president who deserves his post for love of county and not of self..
and who is WAY smarter than i am. (insert hope and change here.)
now if someone can only convince him that it's really ok if gays want to get married,
seeing as it is totally a civil rights issue and...yeah.
one day we'll have a barack obama smart and forward thinking president who ALSO thinks
gays getting married is so totally alright. one day...
