sadness shouldn't last.
life is too big to let it get in the way.
we have added a new baby kitty to our family. her name is jezebel jack and she is an all black terror of a little kitten.
she is also such a love. she acts like a human baby, pawing up your leg to be picked up...
then sometimes she acts like a puppy and picks up her toys in her mouth and carries them far off into another room to lord over them.

so, for you portland peeps, or those of you who visit here, for valentine's day, i took us out to eat at the bombay cricket club.
peep their menu here. i had the chicken makhani. seriously? so effing good..
the food was plentiful, not too spendy, and just phenomenal. if you like indian foodstuffs and if you haven't eaten here yet, i highly suggest you do.
then that saturday we went out to the pinback show at the wonder ballroom. it was amazing except for the opener. mc chris can eat my ass.
sorry, just not a fan. also, it didn't make sense to me that they put these two together on the same bill. i mean really...two types of music so far apart
on the musical spectrum that lily-rygh and i were just floored when he came out on stage and had a slew of fans in the crowd.
aside from that, my birthday is this friday and i'm extremely excited. i can't wait to be a whole number!
