I don't really expect everyone to understand the concept of alephs, multiple infinities, and the like. However, there is a huge problem at hand. We have a serious issue in society that we chastise individuals for having an inability to read, however it's perfectly acceptable to claim that they are inept at math.
Why is it that we've tolerated this math anxiety, and this refusal of learning regarding something taught at an early age and is encouraged through an individual's life. Why should we put up with this intolerance? Shouldn't we treat this issue the same way we've treated illiteracy?
