Once upon a time, my P Chem prof sent a grad student to do his lecture for him. The grad student was quite good looking, spoke very nice english, and presented the material very well... and I asked myself, self, why is it a bad thing if professors don't actually teach the classes? From now on college admissions should instead of boasting how their proffesors teach the classes, just start showing model shots of TAs and say, these will be the guys that will stand in front of the lecture hall for fifty minutes and give you an excuse to stare at them. If all TAs looked like this one, I would probably do either extremely well or extremely poorly in school, it remains yet to be seen.
