Consent Is... Sexy?
Inspired by a facebook post I just saw:
"Consent is sexy." Um, no. It's not ~sexy, it's fucking required! Or else it's literally just rape! Fuckin' mainstream, sex-positive "feminism," I swear! Why does everything have to be sexy?? To make men comfortable?? Honestly! Maybe feminism should make men uncomfortable? Patriarchy sure does make me uncomfortable...
And yeah, when I think about it, feminism is uncomfortable. Even for women. You have to confront things in yourself. Things you've been brainwashed (basically!) to believe.
Anyway... My point is, if your feminism is centered around men's comfort, maybe you should reevaluate your feminism! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ That's all!
I'm gonna go ahead and make this public, since like... How could any sane person possibly argue with this? That's not an invitation, guys. I mean, feel free to comment, it is public after all. Just don't be a dick, basically.
