A day of exhibits and lectures and other people who like floomfy skirt-asses. Plus vendors. :D I think I'd go just for those, and probably technically I should BE one of those, but eh, I'm late for that train. Anybody want to come with me and Ariel? $10 is pretty good. More for the hands-on fabrication classes, might do one OR MIGHT NOT.
(also on the picnic front, don't think I've forgotten. the weather is getting ALMOST nice enough, but I think it's still in uncomfortable-clammy-butt territory. I'm thinking Lakeview based on the earlier feedback--the Volunteer Park Conservatory's Orchid Room AND the Lees' earthly remains just next door are a tough combo to beat.)
