Dehydration Complications
Ugh I'm writing this while having a wicked bad headache because I'm dehydrated from a bad workot we had today in the 80 degree weather. Love the weather, hate the workout:
1-2 mile tempo
3-1000m interval
2-300m somethings
1-800m something
Whatever they were they were too hard. I hated it especially since we have a meet tomorrow against Cato but they suck, hense the workout. On Saturday we had our Invite and since I like our course I ran really well. I ran 26:07 (a PR) and I came in 22 out of 70 something girls in the JV race. All ABCD schools were in it and our JV team placed 2nd overall and placed as the first small school. The invite was a blast I love the home one. Umm then yesterday was the first Pancake Breakfast *yay*!! I go there and never eat pancakes...ironic? I just go for the fricken good toast and eggs. The Patriots lost yesterday against San Diego I just would like to gloat about that. Pats suck I dislike them immensly. O yeah I went to the preseason game last week I don't know if I updated about that. Yeah well Penner played. He sucks. I'm going to need a thesaurus to find all the bad names I can call him throughout the year. I have a good start. Penis head Penner, Peepee Penner, Anal Andrew...etc.. They lost 4-1 or something against WBS. I was mad that Bonvie didn't show. But the Crunch went to WBS and beat them there. I wish Cbus would send down some of my guys. I MISS OLE! They sent Greg down but he doesn't like me. Ole does though. Damn I give Ole donuts he better like me. I miss him. Cbus sends down all the stupid people..that are old and ugly. 5 days until Opening Night I can't wait. I can't wait for NHL to start too. I emailed Vegas and asked them if they knew where Shawn was. They said he might go back there for the next season. I'll ask Greg when I see him on Wednesday...even though he doesn't like me. Ugh ok I'm going to go my head really hurts. And dinner is ready.
