Last batch plus some old icons

I got some request for now departed teams so I did my best to try to make them. Some of these teams were an absolute pain to find pictures for, but I did manage to make four of the teams which are the Hartford Whalers, Minnesota North Stars, Quebec Nordiques, and Winnipeg Jets. I also redid three of the teams do to various reason and they are the New Jersey Devils, Philadelphia Flyers, and Vancouver Canucks. While making the Flyers' batch Upshall got traded so I replace him with Jeff Carter; I did though leave the original as an extra.

Last I posted some really old hockey icons I made and it include Dan Boyle, Ryane Clowe, Joe Thornton, Patrick Marleau, Joe Pavelski, Ryan Suter, Shea Weber, Ales Hemsky, Sam Gagner, Henrik Sedin, Jon Toews, Mikko Koivu, Drew Doughty, Derick Brassard, Nikita Filatov, Ryan Getzlaf, Teemu Selanne, and Nick Lidstrom.
