Wolf Prince update
After a very busy week of visitors (my sister and her two kids) with all the attendant family drama and confict between my Mom and my sister, I got Sunday, sweet Sunday, all to myself to write. Managed to finish Chapter 11 (which ended up at 25 single-spaced pages) and get started on Chapter 12.
I'm having fun with this story arc, now that I know the characters better. My hero's extroverted twin brother is currently occupying the stage in his full snarky glory, and my poor shy, introverted hero is currently standing in front of a hall filled with fifty hostile council members, all of whom are staring at him and just waiting for him to do something stupid. Also, his Deep Dark Secret is about to be revealed, and all hell will break loose as a result.
He badly wants to run away and throw up (not necessarily in that order) but since he's the hero, he won't get to do that. He'll have to stand his ground.
