Another audio excerpt
My friend Louise and I got together again a couple of weekends ago, and she recorded Chapter Four of Twist of Honor for me.
This chapter chronicles the first meeting of the young, widowed Countess of Cranbourne and Kit Fitzgeorge, soldier-of-fortune, devoted father, and would-be abductor of the countess.
Kit has a plan. It's a good plan, but unfortunately for him, it's shot to hell by a group of interfering highwaymen...
