I would like to thank the lovely individuals who nominated some of my stories at the Treasures of Tardos Fan Fiction Awards. (Unlike the other nominees, I have the advantage of knowing who you are, and believe me: I truly appreciate it.) As the moderator of the awards, I was hesitant as to whether I wanted to participate myself. (I had even decided that, although authors are encouraged to nominate their own favorite stories, I would refrain from doing so for the sake of fairness.) But I created tardos_treasure first and foremost as a fandom appreciation community, and this fandom has always made me feel appreciated every day. So please know that I am very grateful. *HUGS*

In other award-related news, I finally managed to get almost all of the notification emails sent for the nominations I have received so far. I'm sure there will be many more to come, and some of you may even be hearing from me again! I'll probably be able to get the current list of nominees up at tardos_treasure very soon (tomorrow, if possible), and I'll add to it as the month progresses.
