Sweet. Friday night I get to take the minivan out; I've already secured use of it from my dad and Jenny. I'm headin' to Dave & Busters nearby. I won't be alone! That's right, I'm goin' to head over with a friend from work who also has Friday night off. So, I won't be the pathetic guy drinking by himself playing video games! There's even the possibility of meeting up with someone from MySpace there.
I have tonight off, and I've decided to be productive for a change. So, I'm workin' on creating a database and web page interface for story ideas. I'll be able to just toss in a single idea and attach keywords to it and/or attach it to a project idea. I can just jot down a single idea and pull it up later for use in something. I have ideas written down in a dozen notebooks, many random text files, and a shitload of LJ posts. This will allow me to pull them all together in a single, searchable location.
ps: my dad and I are planning a skiing/snowboarding trip in the beginning of January out in Colorado. We'd drive out and stay at my uncle Chris' place. I'm trying to find out if Rachel is going to be around for a couple days after and maybe hang back afterwards and spend some social time with her, since my last trip out she was busy with the work of making a movie. And then I'd take the train home. Hopefully that'll work out. Just waiting to hear back on what her schedule is like.
