I went by Mike's and he loaded a bunch of music onto my iPod. Some quality stuff from Hieroglyphics to Bach. He told me to listen to a particular playlist on the T ride home, and I did. SURPRISING? Real is worse than AOL! Remember the whole "infecting your computer" thing their software did for about eight years! The whole "impossible to download free software because we put huge ads for the commercial one everywhere. And finally, the complete and utter lack of support for how totally awful and poorly written their software was and the significant performance and reliability hits Windows boxes got as a result of having it installed.
Whoah man, Real blows. Although, they've gotten a lot better. But they had to, because everyone hated them.

Most of the people I know, italicize or otherwise do something to pass the sarcasm onto the user. I guess, I'm pretty used to it. Part of the problem is I don't know anyone who would use any of Real's products unless they liked them because people tend to have such a negative impression of them, like myself.

I use italics to emphasize things, and thus people would start reading my sarcasm as emphasis, or my emphasis as sarcasm. I did want to try to get a backwards italics going for sarcasm, but I have yet to figure out the best way to see that goal met.
I once installed Real, which brought with it some adware, and I wrote Real a really angry message. I never heard back from them. Real is one of the worst companies that got big from the Intarweb. They're right in-line with all the spyware people and spammers, as far as I'm concerned. But, they got something I want ... so, I'll play nice, for the moment.
