BANDWIDTH EXCEEDED
Today's my first day of exam. I know I shouldn't be here, but don't know why, my mum unlocked the computer, so I online a bit before I have my revision.*naughty*
However, when I came, I noticed that nearly all of my graphics have changed to the GLORIOUS BANDWIDTH EXCEEDED IMAGE. Yes, that's mean there're HOTLINKERS OVER HERE. I don't know how long have this been, and I hope someone could tell me, thanks in advance.
You know how shocked I was when I saw these? Originally, I thought I would post this after my exam, but I figure out that if I don't speak now, the problem may get more serious. I know this might happen one day, but I didn't expect this to be coming so fast! See, the community has about 60 watchers now, and none of my posts have over two comment pages, but I've already experiencing my first-bandwidth-exceeding-thing! I don't konw whether I should feel 'honoured' or what, since getting these bandwidth exceeded images means that some people like my works, so they just directly copy my images to somewhere. I'm appreciated that you guys love my graphics, really, and I know a lot of you comment on my posts whenever you snag some or just plainly enjoy them. You know everytime when I hit the 'post' button, I feel really exciting and eager to receive an e-mail notification that told me someone replies to my entry, no matter it's a critical or an approving comment. I don't mind if people reply to my old posts, it's still encouraging. MOVE YOUR CURSOR TO THE 'SAVE IMAGE' OPTION AND CLICK IT, THEN UPLOAD THEM IN YOUR OWN SERVER OR SOME HOSTING WEBSITE TO USE THEM. if you have problem in reading English and that you're a Chinese, tell me, I will translate this whole entry to you. I don't mind do this at all, I just hope everyone know what is hotlinking means.
I won't lock this community to prevent happening this again, at least not now. I know how troublesome it is to see the graphics only that you want to have a peek on them, you don't know whether it's worthy to join the community. Urgh, I don't know, maybe if this happens again and again in a short time, I will lock the community. However, I really hope this won't happen. If the hotlinking problem isn't really serious and there're not much watchers, then I will leave it un-locked.
Wow, what a long 'essay' I've written! Haha, thanks for the chance to let me practice my writing skill-- I have English writing exam tomorrow!
Sorry to let everyone to suffer from(or enjoy?) this long entry and the bandwidth exceeded images. I don't think I will re-upload the graphics, since I don't really have time, and I want to let those hotlinkers know what they have done. So hang on for five more days and you can see them again!
The graphics will come back on 16th this month.
