So I'm going to try journaling my food intake until I can get my typical daily intake where I want it  (1000 cals) every day.

Yesterday:

Breakfast
Chicken biscuit & coke, 520

Lunch
water, 0 calories

Dinner
Rice, 350 calories
grilled chicken, 250 calories
seasoning on chicken, 50 calories 
juice, 100 calories

After Dinner
water, 0 calories

Total calories: 1270

I feel like a heffer thinking about all those empty calories from my breakfast yesterday!
