I've been exercising again!
You'd think I would have learned by now to leave it all well enough alone. But come on!
I only did a little bit of Body Pump yesterday and am off to do Spin today... Then weights tomorrow, followed by Spin on Thursday and Body Pump again on Friday.
I can't help it. I just have to go...
And so I'm not going to fight it anymore. But boy oh boy my bum hurts!!!
Too many squats I think and I'm still wondering when my firm bum is going to appear like on those tele-ads that say I can achieve it all in just five minutes a day!
If only it were so simple to loose the fatty excess with such little effort... I wish.
Truthfully, if there was a quick, easy, full-proof way to loose fat and have the perfect body, I'd have discovered it by now... Oh well, can't have it all I guess.
I'll settle for fit and healthy this year I reckon.
And despite the fact that I plan to exercise each day this week, doesn't mean I'm flogging the crap out of my body. No, I have decided to take it all with a grain of salt and do what I can without causing myself too much discomfort - while at the same time allowing myself enough of a workout to see and feel the positive results.
One day I'm going to STOP writing about my exercise and boring people to death with it. But for now, this is where I'm at and that is that!
