I almost had a bad run yesterday. I have recently increased my running to four days a week. I take yoga on Thursday night. Friday's run was hard. The phone app I use was not performing well and was not well suited to the task at hand. I was tired, I was frustrated and annoyed.
I do not know that I have ever gone on a run I truly regretted. even when I have injured myself I didn't blame running. I almost had a bad run yesterday. then I remembered that I don't run to fill databases with data to be rendered in pleasing formats. I run to feel good in my body. I didn't completely shake off the negativity but I ended my run feeling better than when I started.
