Hey
Hey everyone NOthing much is going on right now just got home a little while ago from work. The new job is going pretty good. Alot of stuff to learn but its slowly getting there. The environment is pretty friendly even though its around a bunch of older people. This week is going to be a little odd with my work week because of the upcoming holiday plus the are having a night of shutdown also but hopefully after the next two weeks things will be fine with scheduals and all except for when i go whitewater rafting and all. Other than the new job i reallly havent done a whole lot went out with Juan Saterday night and partied it up a little but thats the last thing ive really done outside of being here at home. Here at home i havent really done alot either except try and work on my budget for the next year and try to figure out what i think is best with that. If i go with the current updated budget ill be out of credit card debt in 10 months and moving out on my own in 11 which is pretty good i think. Of course i dont know if i want to wait that long to move out but i think it might be best to get rid of the debt first. Not to mention paying off those credit cards should get my credit score back a little. Damn Car Payment issue that i wasnt informed of in November really fucked it over. But on a good note i really wasnt the cause of the problem. So other than that i think i might have a few people pissed at me for quiting ups and toysrus mostly cause they really enjoyed my company and now i dont talk to them but oh well.
Anyways back to the new job i was about to leave today when one of my supervisors asked if i had a minute he wanted to talk to me. The convo was pretty good he just told me he was really glad to have me working for him because i am a good worker. He then told me about the company and told me that the potential in the company for me is good and that the turnover rate is low, which i think is great cause it shows a good stable future. Plus he basically told me not to worry about the whole temp-to-hire status i have that it was just a formality and once i get settled in ill be permenant so thats another load off my shoulders. And then he told me that if i had any problems they would be glad to work with me and he told me not to worry about the days i need off the next few months because they arent an issue. He also told me that the position i was in was good for if i decided to go back to school and he supports that decision later on.
So alot of the little worries have been lifted these last few weeks. Of course im glad it all happened cause it sortof helped me make the decision on here or henderson. Also it helps me see that im going to be able to be out on my own relatively soon. Of course i still have to figure out what im going to do about working out cause without ups i wont get a nightly workout at work so i guess its time to start hitting the bow flex up again. Mostly cause i dont want to get a beer belly but of course i want to stay healthy also. Well honestly i really have began to run out of things to say today so im going to get off here. Im still waiting from a call from some of you so i hope to hear from ya soon.
