sparkpeople plug or not

Today I joined a website my mom has been on for a while. We give this website credit for helping her lose a TON of weight in a healthy matter. Sparkpeople.com

I joined to stay fit, get stronger, get new yummy recipes, and to see if I'm really eating as healthy as I think I am. There was a worry that I might be eating less than I should which is not good for the metabolism, esp when I get older.
Today's total meal calorie & nutrition consumption results were impressive. The program said I'm right on where I need to be. :D yay!

In your face to the people who think I don't eat!! hahahaha!

Side note to self: When I start exercising again, I def. will need to eat more to gain muscle strength. That's just a given.
