Additional community rule

This is something that came up in a 'Wait, we don't have a rule for that?' kind of conversation among mods. It's something that was kind of obvious to us, and it hasn't been an issue so far, but we thought we'd better make the following addition to the community rules:

All discussion must be posted to the community. Linking to fanworks such as vids, art, icon-posts and picspams is welcomed, however we'd like to keep discussions within the community. Although fanworks are the only exception to this rule, you are still very much encouraged to post your work directly to the comm. We'd love to host it!

We promise we won't add a new rule every other day! ;)
