Long Time No Post...
Well, it's been a really long time since I've sat down online and actually written in this journal. What's happened since last time ? Well, we lived at the Buddhist temple for about four months, and we just recently moved out and are getting our first real apartment in about a week. Other than that. I've been working at the Reno Hilton for 3 months as a security officer. In three months I will be applying for an armed security job that pays twice as much, if not that, I'll be joining the Reno Police Academy soon, or taking that deputy sherif job I was offered over in Austin, but that means we'll have to go way out there.
In my daily life, Michele and I found god. We were baptized Mormon in late March and have since gotten to visit the temple here in Reno to do baptisms for the dead. That was a very special experience, especially for me, as I felt guided by The Holy Spirit in my prayers for the congregation and our work before going to the temple.
What else ? We bought a puppy back in late January. A Miniature Chihuahua that we named Simon. He's adorable, though he seldomly get's along with either of our two cats, Jacopo and Abercromby, Other than that, not a whole lot else is new in my life, besides the two cars we own that I haven't mentioned. One is 98 Mercury Mystique that I am going to be putting alot of work into modifying, so it can have all SVT parts, and the other is a 91 Eagle Talon. Both Cars have about half 100k miles, so they're good for a long time to come.
I Think that's about it on what's been new with Michele and I in the last few months since I last posted.
