Spinach and Chickpea Curry

Ingredients:
2 cans chickpeas, drained, rinsed.
1 package of baby spinach, approx 6 oz. More if you want more. Cleaned.
1 bunch of Cilantro
2 large serrano peppers, cleaned and sliced thin.
12 oz of diced white onion
1/2 oz of grated ginger
1 oz minced garlic
1 can peeled, crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt
turmeric
garam masala

1. Prep all your veggies. have everything ready to go.
2. heat a large pan over medium high heat. Add olive oil. Add chickpeas, with a bit of turmeric to taste. Stir and start cooking chickpeas. Add garlic, ginger, and onion. Continuing stirring until onions are translucent, season with salt.
3. add serranos, spinach, cook until spinach wilts. Add tomatoes, and garam masala.Stir until incorporated. Add whipping cream slowly stirring until well mixed and desired sauce consistency.
4. serve.
