Hey everyone,
I'm new here! Some of you already know me from their friends list, but for those who don't: I'm Corinna, 21 years old and I'm from germany. I'm 5'5'' and I weigh 132 lbs currently. My goal weight is aroun 116-120, depends on how comfortable I feel!
Now for this weeks challenge:
I want to lose weight and eat healthy because I want to feel comfortable in my body again. I don't fit in most of my older clothes anymore and I know my eating habits usually aren't the best so I really want to change that. I want to be more self-confident and for that I have to feel good.
I renewed my commitment by signing up for the nearby gym for 4 weeks. I'm paying for it, and I've made appointments for certain courses (Aerobics, Spinning,...) so I won't be able to just skip them like I often do when I'm just doing workout at home. I hope this will help me to achieve my ultimate goal: being healthy and fit!
