Okay, here's the challenge. I'll post the new list of who posts when soon.
The Challenge
Find your inner reasons to lose weight or stay healthy. Then, write then down here. Next, renew your commitment to your healthy self in some special way. Make a pledge to yourself or set up some way to make at least one part of your new lifestyle full proof. Like having fresh veggies always in the house or making exercise too easy not to do - arrange a sitter or take it indoors. Then, let us know how you did that.
