Zekk yawns, blinking sleepily in the morning light. He turns to lie on his back, one hand reaching out across the sheets. It lands on top of something warm. Something that he doesn't remember being in his bed.
Still foggy with sleep, he reaches out again to explore and try to figure out what the object is.
"High praise, coming from a dirty vent crawler," she snorts. But yes, she's still smiling. Zekk wasn't half-bad either... not that she has anything to judge by.
Tahiri groans and pulls the sheet back up over her head. "She's going to kill us, you know."

Her feet are a bit chilly in the morning. But that is why Zekk is there, after all. To warm them up!

So Zekk pulls it closer, trying to get warmer. Lame attempt, but he's not really coherent yet.

'S warm too. Maybe winter's final--
Her eyes snap open, catching sight of Zekk asleep next to her. "Aw kriff."
Reply
Reluctantly, he opens his eyes to look around. They settle on a blond head of hair not too far from his own, and a body tucked under his arm.
"Tahiri?"
Reply
Nope, still there. Sigh.
"Morning," she replies, peeking up out of her happy little nest of sheets. "Sleep well?"

There's some quiet clicking and blinking as Zekk retraces the events of last night in his mind.
"Suppose so." Zekk glances down at her. "You?"

Tahiri gives a jawbreaking yawn and stretches, then pulls one of the lighter sheets around her to, uh. 'Preserve her modesty.'
Not that it'll do much good now.
She eyes the dark-haired Jedi warily. "So."

In an attempt to be helpful, he grins softly at her. "About last night?"

That's the option she expects him to choose. It's the one she would go for, in a similar situation.
But then... Jaina must know. And Sam does, obviously. Not exactly the kind of thing you can cover up.
Reply
In the back of his mind, he can feel Jaina start to stir out of slumber. This isn't going to be good.
"We enjoyed it though." Zekk smirks at her. "You're not bad... for a sandflea, that is."

Reply
"Yeah, maybe. But it's not our fault. Just a little cuddling between friends, right?"

Then there's a pause as she tries to figure out what else to say. 'Thanks,' just sounds funny, for some reason.
