Behind the Name:
Tahiri isn't listed, but Tahir is: Means "virtuous, pure, chaste" in Arabic.
The only place Veila shows up is horse names, which is kind of... yeah.
Fun stuff: Riina is apparently the Finnish/Estonian short form of Katherine.
The etymology is debated: it could derive from the earlier Greek... "each of the two"; it could derive from the name of the goddess Hectate (goddess associated with witchcraft, tombs, demons and the underworld) or it could be related to Greek αικια (aikia) "torture".
According to this online dictionary, Kwaad is Dutch for "bad, evil, cross, ireful, carping, bitchy, or angry."
... so namewise, you have Little Miss Virtuous Pure and Chase who is TORTURED and implanted with THE BIGGEST VONG BITCH IN THE GALAXY.
