Okay, so this part is not exciting.
I won't be around much for a while so at this point I have to say a blanket "thank you" for all the encouragement. Our phone went out. We still actually have spotty DSL, but it's been getting worse. This seems to happen after periods of heavy rains, I know not why.
Not *that* big a deal, but I'm in the middle of an online class and trying to get help for something rather urgent from my instructor.
Also, our IRA checks got lost in the mail.
Yes, that's probably a stupid thing to post in public, but, Mr. IRS Man, we didn't mean for this to happen and we're going to make it right. God dammit.
I'm indulging in free wireless at the library and a very nice library it is. I'll have to keep it in mind for a place to write while I'm off.
