I need a roommate! $409/mo + 1/2 electric
This is a direct paste from my Craigslist Ad. You obviously know who I am and such, but I figured it would just be easier this way.
Hi, I'm Shannon.
*I am female, 24, white, no kids, 3 cats. Since I have so many darn pets already, it'd be best not to add more. I love kids, but just one roommate or a couple is preferred.
*If a pair were to move in, the rent would be split three ways. The unit's rent is $839 currently. The unit is 1,018 sq ft with 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, dining and living rooms.
*As of right now the rent for the space available is $409.50 plus half of electricity, which has approximately run the unit $55/mo. It all depends on how much heat is used obviously.
*Utilities are covered by management; water, sewer, garbage. There is a stackable W/D in unit as well as a dishwasher. No garbage disposal. If you want a covered space, it is $35/month.
*The apartment complex is Crestview West, which is a "lower income" community. That means the occupants in a 2 bedroom can't make over $32,500 a year [total].
*I have all the furniture for the common areas as well as kitchenware.
*The building is a key entry/call box secured. The call box dials my number for entry; there is no home phone currently.
*Currently have internet and cable, if still wanted we can arrange it.
*Half the kitchen storage space for food is yours. I would prefer not to share food other than staple items such as sugar, butter, etc.
*A minimum 6 month lease needs to be signed.
*My current roommate is moving at the end of December, so I need to find someone ASAP!
