Just wanted to show my new icon.

Don't know for how long I'll have it, since I don't know if it really is all that useful. But I do find it cute and kinda funny. A bit inpsired by some Bisexual Pride icons I've seen, as well as by the fact that I think Atheists are on level with most religious people in that they're certain of someting we have no real reason to be certain of.

Also I am an Equalist, which I've identified as since I was sixteen. I believe that both genders are equal, and that you shouldn't assume things about a person because of their gender. Like how it is assumed that women should depend on men for their income, or that men seeking a profession as a children caretaker or teacher are 100 % more likely to be pedophiles than women. It's the honest truth that if a women breaks up a fight at a schoolyard by grabbing hold of the fighting parties, she isn't going to get sued but a man doing the same thing is most likely to be. Women are given lower salaries because it is a given that they'll depend on a man for support. And people are constantly keeping up these pretenses because we don't want to "not-fit" in our boxes!

We've got boxes for religion, gender, sexuality, music taste, political opinions, e.t.c. And I ain't gonna fit into my boxes any more than I feel like doing. I might walk into your box, but it isn't given I am going to stay. People generally distrust people with flexible opinions, but I say that it is us "not-so-sure" people that keeps the "positively-sure-every-step-to-misery" ones on their toes. Because if you are polarized in one direction, then you can either try to convince those that are polarized against you or the not-so-sure ones. Most of the lazy people will go for the not-so-sure ones, and in their trials to convince us, we can be the sceptics that make them actually consider if they're really right or not. Self-examination for the win!

And because I had nothing else to come up with for this post:

After you die...
Heaven

After death, you will exist in heaven. Everything and everyone you love will constantly surround you for all of eternity. You lucky scoundrel.

Well, whaddya know. The good place. Was a bit miffed at how each question was a yes or no one... I do believe in a higher power, most of the time.
