i was happily surprised when i discovered this was sent to all KPNW lab employees:
Good afternoon. I want to thank Shannon Hall of Orchards Lab for all of the assistance she gave me in testing the changes made to the urinalysis panels and instruments. I could not begin to count all the times I called Shannon and interrupted her workday and asked her to do some testing with me. Not once was there anything but a positive attitude to working with me, even if she had to decline because the patients she had to serve came first. CLS really appreciates the help we get from the Medical Labs and my hat is off to Shannon!........................................Patrice
