A few months ago someone posted instructions on how to remove people from your friends list.

I removed someone but I find I'm still on their friends list.

My question is how do I remove myself from their friends list as I don't want any form of contact with this person.

I believe she's not stable and I want to get as far away from her and her poisonous attitudes as I can.
