This girl..lets call her ..Shannon (actually thats her name, just not me)..has an explorer. Her ex-boyfriend/fiance thing was driving it and got a ticket..never paid it. He joined the navy and now it turned into a warrant. Shannon got pulled over and had to plead with the cops.
Now her mom wants to know how she can inform the police or Navy of his whereabouts.
