(no subject)
Hi guys!
This week has been pretty uneventful which is why I haven't posted too much.
Saturday night was Chrissie & Neil's birthday party, which was pretty cool. Morry, Kristy, Rachel and I went and had a couple drinks and it was decent. Morry left to go to town for his brother's birthday and the rest of us left around midnight I think. We're getting old.
On Sunday, Kristy, Rachel and I went to go see Burlesque. Oh. My. God. I always forget how awesome Christina Aguilera's voice is and also how friggin' attractive she is. Wow. I couldn't give you an opinion on the plot but it is most definitely worth seeing for the eye candy factor.
Monday and Tuesday work boring, just had work. Tuesday night was fun though, Morry came over and we watched How I Met Your Mother and Family Guy then went to drink with Sarah and Jade as well.
Wednesday was Australia Day which means public holiday so no work (woo no work, boo no money) and Rachel came over in the afternoon and we watched some old Grey's Anatomy. We then went to Morry and Donna's which is where Sarah and Jade were, and hung out there for a little bit then discovered it wasn't terribly fun being the sober ones and came back home. We were meant to go to a concert in town that night with Kristy but she's lame and cancelled on us so we just watched some more Grey's and Rachel went home.
Last night I went to Kristy's with Rachel and we watched some MORE Grey's (Rachel hasn't seen season 6 or 7), had a fun text conversation with Caitlin at 2am in which we told her she's a crap friend and she pretty much said "meh". We're all meant to be going on a cruise together in April so THAT will be fun. The Caitlin issue is a much longer story than I can be bothered getting into right now, but suffice to say Kristy and I are still not speaking to her really.
Today has been pretty quiet so far, but tonight I'm going to Felicity's and drinking with her and Laura and Paul I believe! So that will be fun. So far the last appointment is set for 4:30pm so I might even get away early.
