Engaged!!!
On Dec 24th 2008 Jeremy asked me to marry him! We were helping my parents decorate the Christmas tree with our last few special ornaments that we save for Christmas Eve every year, when he handed me a new ornament. I love birds and I collect Cloisonne figures, ornaments, and trinket boxes so this was a beautiful surprise in itself. When I looked closer I noticed that this was not an ornament but a small enamel trinket box with a ribbon taped to the top so I thought I was being handed an ornament.
He asked me to open it and there he proposed in front of my whole family! I think I was a little stunned but I am sure I said yes!
